It's that time again! Any Realtor who has NOT taken an approved ethics class since January 1, 2005 must complete a refresher class by December 31, 2008.
Every Realtor who holds their primary membership with CFCAR must complete the NAR Mandatory Quadrennial Code of Ethics Training by December 31, 2008. Realtors who do not meet the requirement risk having their Realtor status terminated. The NAR ethics requirement was implemented in 2001 and is required every four years.

If you have successfully completed a Code of Ethics class through another association or company since January 1, 2005, please provide CFCAR with proof, by emailing Shirley Knapp, so we can add it to your NRDS record.
